Rotary Tunnel Kiln Introduction:
Rotary Tunnel Kilns are used for the clay brick factories, to solve the brick drying and burning. This new kind of burning kiln is designed by my company and get about 12 Chinese patents. Mobile Rotary Tunnel Kilns can provide customers with daily 100000 bricks, 200000 bricks or 300000 bricks. Compared with traditional Hoffman kilns and masonry kilns, Rotary tunnel kilns with the features of lower investment, higher automation, easy operation, less maintenance, lower damage rate of finished bricks, etc.
When wet brick adobes are produced by brick making machines, Robot stacking system will place these bricks on the ground. After certain time natural drying, mobile rotary tunnel kiln will come, the drying section of kiln will start work firstly, then burning section of kiln will move forwards and start to burn the dried bricks automatically. Bricks just stay on the ground in the whole working procedure, while kiln will move at preset moving speed.
